Company History

For fifteen years, we here at "PRIEST AND SON CONSTRUCTION" have struggled with one belief. That in order for any product to be superior first we must recognize the individual efforts involved. For you see it is not the company that builds the house, it's the house that builds the company.

The Idea that you get what you pay for and the lowest bid wins, is a contradiction in terms that almost all of our competition gets wrong. In the development of one single family dwelling you will have over twenty sub-contractors which results in over fifty or more individuals doing skilled labor. A little scary when you figure that in every instance most builders will only accept the lowest bid. In Idaho did you know that anyone can be a contractor and that there is no system or licensing to make sure that builders are knowledgeable and experienced. So how do you avoid the problems years down the road that aren't evident now. For starters Every seen companies that build a hundred homes a year at the lowest bid but have different subs every time which seem to take only a few days to do what takes others longer? This is the first sign that troubles could be hiding in months or years to come. Secondly watch out for the guy who used to be in car sales or a site worker, owns a pickup, hammer, and a calculator and talks about the big money he can save you because he has no overhead, another sign of trouble. A house is the single largest investment we make, making sure it stays that way is our promise to you. Over the past years we have had the pleasure to work with many different companies in constructing our homes, some good some bad. Now at this time I would like to introduce "Our Team".
